I work with artists navigating childhood trauma, neurodivergence, and the complexities of their cultural identity.
Therapy for creatives.
Challenges
Connect with your authentic self.
Sometimes, it can feel like life is pulling us away from the very things that make us feel most alive. Deadlines, responsibilities, and daily routines can flatten our sense of spontaneity, and it can feel like creating is more pressure than passion.
You might feel like you’re changing as a person, but unsure of how your artistry fits into who you’re becoming. Or maybe that creative spark feels distant, scattered, or blocked.
I specialize in working with creatives navigating neurodivergence, cultural identity, and complex trauma.
With a background in the entertainment industry, I understand that being creative often comes with perfectionism, and a certain privacy around the artistic process. My approach supports you in discussing your creative vision openly, and connecting with it in more fulfilling ways.
Together, we’ll explore where you’ve been, where you might feel stuck, and what you want to happen next.
My Approach
Helping You Explore All Aspects of Your Lived Experience
It can be hard enough to show up as yourself on a daily basis, without having to consider how you present yourself in all aspects of who you are.. If you’ve ever felt the need to hide who you are, those reasons can be complex, and it can impact your relationships, career choices, and your sense of belonging. You have a desire to bring yourself forward authentically, but it’s not easy in light of negativity or hate. Therapy is where you can explore the complexities of your life with safety and curiosity, and without judgment, so you can step into who you are with confidence.
In our work together, I hold space for all the layers of your experience, including:
Cultural identity and the dominant cultural narratives you navigate each day.
Family system and upbringing, including the family roles you’ve played and may still play.
Neurodivergence and how it manifests in your life, relationships, and self-understanding.
Artistry and openness, and how people respond to your creative process.

Who I Work With
Change starts with finding compassion for ourselves.
When you’re in the middle of things it can be difficult to see the bigger picture. I work with people who want clarity in their relationships, and those wanting to explore where they stand with things, and what they need in their lives in order to thrive. I am here to support you in navigating changes, and as you explore the different aspects that make you who you are.
I support individuals who want to feel better, create meaningful changes, and stretch into new possibilities. If you’re unsure where to start, therapy can be a place to explore what those changes might look like for you.
I am AAPI, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ allied. My multicultural approach honors every aspect of your lived experience.
I support adolescents as they navigate concerns around their neurodivergence, identity, and future outlook. In an increasingly complicated social landscape, teens need our support more than ever.
What To Expect
My process is relational.
Our first session will focus on your what is happening in your life, what’s been weighing on you, and your hopes for this process. You’ll have space to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
I invite a discussion around your goals for therapy, and a conversation around what approaches to therapy might work best for you. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, clarify expectations, and get a sense of how we might work together.
My approach to therapy is that it is a relational and collaborative process. Over time, we’ll check in on your progress, adjust as needed, and build on your strengths while working through challenges. My role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where your experiences are met with curiosity, empathy, and respect.
